This happened to me too! Plus digital noize on the audio outputs in stand alone mode...
Bought a brand new TI keyboard a month ago and discovered those probs...wrote to access support who confirmed that was a problem and recommended to send it back. So all in all I've had my Virus for 2 days only and now I've been waiting for a month to get a new one...I'm VERY ANGRY about access SALES/WARRANTY POLICY
The technical support is cool and try to help but when it turns into warranty and replacement of the unit, there's absolutely nobody at the end of the line...Never seen that from any manufacturer for 18 years, that's unbeleivable!!!
Neither the shop where I bought the Virus Nor the french distrubutor are able to tell me when I'll get a new one! And recommended to contact ACCESS directly because ACCESS does not give any info to the resalers.
I think If I don't receive a new one within 2 weeks from now, I'll ask the shop to refund my money...Been a loyal supporter of Access for years and I've always been happy with my Virus B, but enough is enough...
Anybody got the same probs/delay with unit replacement?
