Default Making The Prodge - Smack My Bitch Up

Stumbled upon an excellent reverse-analysis and reproduction of SMBU including the origin/thievery and mashing of the samples used. Sounds pretty authentic.

Seen similar breakdown of tracks, in particular the prodigy, on line. Goes to show if you dig, know your stuff and get something made the potential is there for all.

Of course then get signed, create a psuedo image (see early Prodigy image = late 80's chav style dress).

Being from HipHop influence sampling has always been strong in my mind for making a collage of sounds to form new melodies

Nioce find Timo, interesting and educative!
