Youll hear it time and time again - bounce down, resample, create multiband versions by sending the track to three new channels and processing the audio differently. Bounce down and redo. The TI can get you a great starting sound - try using the saws with the lfos, changing the filter type, and using wavetables to add some grit. But youll pretty much always want to chop and change the bass to make it work.

Download the "Impulse Factory Hardstyle Soundset" from the Access website. There are some pretty good starting places for the sound you want to achieve.

There was some Alix Perez masterclasses where he was using the TI and doing some straight up sampling with it - taken off youtube now but if you dig through torrents you could find and learn some nifty tricks - he works in logic.
