(solved) Snow produces strange noise in Analog Output

Hello, I hope one can help me here.
I've noticed some, I'd say electrical, noise when using the analog outputs of my TI Snow. I can also see it on the analyzer, sounds a little bit like an old 56 K modem going online but without the whitenoise if you know what I mean.
I've tried different inputs on my RME, switched cables, check for powercables nearby, but it's definitely coming from the TI.
Anyone an Idea, or the same problem?
This does not happen when I use the USB port as Output,
but since I can't stand the latency I need the Analog Outs.

Had the same problem and fixed it by doing this.....
Snow edit mode config, inputs 1/2, adjusted sensitivity to +16dBV and lowered boost to 23. Problem solved!

unfortunately this didnt help.
Still the same noise.
And I was wandering, why should adjusting the input settings infect the output?
I attached a file with the sound, maybe someone has a clue, cause it really sucks!

My guess is you have grounding issues.
Can you tell us what computer/laptop you have and what sound card RME you have.
I used to get gritty noises like that with a laptop and an RME FireFace 800 connected via firewire. If i switched to a different sound card that fed optical ADAT to the Fireface the noise was gone.
Plug the computer, soundcard, Virusti all into the same wall outlet and remove every other piece of gear and test with headphones.

its a fireface uc and a Desktop PC. I also have a Virus C aswell as a mic plucked into it and no such noises, but I will check all the plugs in my room.
I allready checked the cables, but theres nothing I could find.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have anything to do with my plugs, I tried numerous also in other rooms. Could it be the AC Power, it's the original one from Access... Really sucks

I listened to your noise. I would say uplug your RME and test with head phones, put you headphones in the Analog outs not the headphone jack on the Virus.
Then you will know if it is a ground loop. When I say ground loop I mean a loop between your RME, VIRUS and computers USB port.
Then try this with all plugged in again: Get a wire and touch places on the casing of both your Virus and Fireface, grounding them in various places together. I solved a loop like this with a DJ setup, I ended up joining the headphone sleave (audio ground) on a Behringer DJ soundcard with grounding point on the laptop, unexpected but a solution.

But I'm not sure what you mean by "not the headphone jack", one of the 2 analog outputs is the headphone aswell.
I will try the wiring, I already ordered a new USB cable with a ferrit core, that's suppose to help. Thanks again, I'm trying to contact Access since a week and haven't heard anything from them
