Default Virus TI Kbd- broken display

Hi all,
I can`t see 2/3 of the display- there are some numbers and points.
It looks like <<this>>
Can anyone help?

They will be in a better place to advise.

It could be that the LCD's connector is dislodged slightly (therefore some pins work while others don't), but this is a wild stab in the dark.

have the same problem , sometimes.I disconnect the power suply for 10 seconds

if a reset doesent help then you have to send it in, had allmost same problem they exchanged the display i think
