Last I heard the Namm dates have been set back. Apparantly Namm has decided only to go ahead with the show after Access releases the TI series - sometime early June.

Joke fellas.

I was quite cheeky yesterday and sent an e-mail to Access saying "Is it true you're waiting till mid February (Winter Namm conference) before releasing the Ti's to shops? The response was "We're still Beta Testing". But then I suppose my question would be how long should the Beta testing take?

At least they haven't released it for all the new owners to beta test though. I'd say they would be testing the software compatibility issues - I'm sure there will be heaps of teathing problems if sound diver for the Virus is anything to go by.

Take what you eant out of this, but I just talked to novamusik and they said the TI's are shipping from Germany some time this week. That is what access told them.
I dont think it will be here til after NAMM, but thought this would maybe get some of you excited.

its true; we're in a total lockdown. and really, so its at least
clear here at access-list@ampfea, there is only one public trusted
source, anyway, for this release detail and that is marc schlaile.
i'm sure we'll hear from him on the release date details soon; as you
can imagine, he's very busy.

but it is terribly exciting, i can tell you that much as an insider,
and i can't wait to hear what you guys do with the TI engine when its
in your hands, honest! i think the folks making new patches are
going to be putting out some very interesting, awesome-sounding stuff!
