Nord Modulars Racks are going for around ?700 here in sweden with DSP-upgrade. Add ?50-?100 and you got the keyboard version of it.. Since G2 is coming out every swede with an NM are selling them so they can afford the G2 instead.

in other words its not that good deal juho.. Virus B are going for around ?800 here, but the KB is going for around ?1000-1200 even more if its really in mint condition

however i think that it is an great synthesizer for you Juho.. Virtual Modular patching.

You could probably make some nice sounds from that one. but still its not that great deal - your probably better off changing to an Q instead - and buy an microModular (yes only 4 voices but you can still make nice sounds from it.. and its really really cheap.. ?200 new here in sweden and ?100 used)

I haven't asked does that Modular have DSP upgrade. He's asking about 800 euros.

I just checked out that programming software and noticed that even simple patch (master osc & 2x slave oscs, 24dB filter with ADSR envelope) takes over 30% of the processing power! Good grief I say! Or then the program shows the Micro Modular usage. If that usage is for the Modular I won't get that because with polyphony of three there's no change to play chords with pads.

Gaah! Maybe I'll try to sell my kB for you Swedes (or may I say swedes) and get Modular from there!

The GAS is on active state. Due the genious planning with 3o3 I have widened my GAS view. Hmm... Nord G2... Gaahhhhh... *drool on keyboard*. Or then maybe not.

Gaahhhh... G2 with Korg Triton... Ghhhhh... Active monitors... Ghaaaaa... *death due dehydration after unnormal slobber secretion*

Back to reality then.
