Default USB Bandwidth

I upgraded the Polar OS earlier to 1.2.1 and all looks fine. However......

During the installation I can remember a prompt asking me to disable some windows function attributed to limiting USB bandwidth per device or something like that.

I've just powered up the studio setup, loaded up Cubase and notice that my Midex 8 is not playing ball with all midi devices hanging off the Midex disconnected. An error appears on the task bar soon after warning me about USB bandwidth being exceeded.

The Ti is taking 60% + of the bandwidth and i'm not sure that I need it as I don't use the VC plugin. The Midex is attached to the same onboard USB hub as the Ti. I realise this isn't prefferable for the Ti as far as tech specs go but its worked fine up till now. Up until I disabled the windows USB bandwidth limiter thingy via the OS install.

Can anyone help?
