Default Finally got Roland TB303

Yes. I did it... Nah, just kidding. Got an x0xb0x though, that's exact replica electronics wise. I found out that either modern DAWs don't give shit about external sequencers or there's something wrong with my MIDI interface so I had to design Audio-to-DIN-sync device to get the unit sync with my DAW.

Just did my first acid techno track (aka washing machine techno):

And I still stand behind my words: TB303 cannot do what guitar does and cannot reach the same variety of nyances and that's exactly why it's the synth in some circles. Hoho.

Just one question...what the hell are you talking about? Your post makes no sense whatsoever, at least not in english.

Hoho. Very likely. "The Ancient Ones" will know though (the old, old, incredibly old forum members). It happened in 2003 and I remember like it was just nine years ago. I ended up trolling for ages that TB303 is unimaignative rubbish. This trolling campaing generated classic evergreen quote "You are full of shit Juho".

Regardless, the xoxbox sounds quite tidy have fun tweaking.

Heyy Juho. Hyvää uuttavuotta! 303, eh? We'll have you making JP80x0 supersaws next!

Loved the demo, sounds great to my ears, the resonance and modulation have bite.

Did you customise the box at all? Pics?

Kiitos, kiitos.

That could be natural course of action. Also I switch to stadion trance and start to produce songs only on Fmaj-Gmaj-Aminor chord progression.

Thanks. It indeed sounds suprisingly good! I got a bad case of analogue fever when I accidentally bought Waldorf Pulse, so now I've sold all digital synths away and getting these analogue synths. Next acquisition is probably Analogue Solutions Telemark. Expensive disease.

I added resonance boost switch and filterstage overdrive pot. The filter resonance is puny by default. Hard to get the thing scream, so the resonance boost got the problem fixed fine. Now it's even more acidic than it was before! Hoho. The filter overdrive gives a good damped overdrive character to the sound and works nice with the resonance boost.

In that demo track the x0xb0x is distorted and effected with Guitar Rig 5.

I don't have a camera at hand, but it is the black Mode Machines x0xb0x.

I just realised that the demo track must have the best composition/duration. It generally has two beats worth of drums and four beats worth of sequencing. That's incredible 2.7 seconds of composed material repeated to over seven minutes. Hoho.
