i'm getting excited about this being released now, but what the hell to do, get into debt or sell my v-synth... grrrr.
i could try saving up i suppose, but i'm awful at that game.

I would keep your V-Synth if you can - its such a different animal, but I guess it depends how you use it and how dependent upon it you are for your current style of production
Actually Im quite looking forward to patching up the TI and V-Synth for wierd feedback through both device's fx and filters etc
Personally I think Roland's COSM fx processor in the v-synth are among the best sounding built in digital fx in a synth.[/quote]

I just found out from Sam Ash that Access is releasing the desktop version on October 3rd and then the Polar and TI Keyboards 3 wks to 2 months later. If this is correct. That really blows since I ordered mine last November. Oh well the wait goes on for me since I ordered a TI Polar.

The SynthWizard has some advice - Back in the 1980's music was better, TV was better, films were better. Not to mention fashion.... Let me help you relive the past with some classic 80's sounds from my vintage synth collection....

Yes...I expect comprehensive reviews, MP3's etc once you have all stopped masturbating about the Hypersaw

Too little too late for me i'm afraid.. I'm sure the Ti will kick ass, and those who finally get one will be delighted with the product..
But i still have a very foul taste in my mouth about how the whole thing was handled.. Sorry but i won't be buying one...

I must admit, I fully sympathise with that view, but I figured that there was no point in pulling out unless something else came up that gave me similar sounds, function and playability on a half decent keyboard.
One way to look at this - allmost anyone who pre-orders the best in any product field has to put up with this - for eg exotic cars etc - where it gets far worse as the price ends up being hugely out as well as delivery dates.
Anyway - I figured that not buying a TI was going to be more damaging that the wait, so have stuck with it - even though I am now being told it could be another couple of months at least before I see mine. The Nord Lead 3 was allways an alternative I looked at, but something about it just didnt quite exite/inspire me in the way the virus sound does - at least not enough to make me part with my hard earned loot
My one regret is that I didnt buy a C back at the beginning of this year when I started to get really interested in this synth - buying one at the time seemed stupid because for a wait of about 6 weeks, I could have a TI for the same price (at least was the theory - Grrrrrrrr!)
Anyway - got a new toy turing up today to keep me amused - VC2 vocal designer card for my V-Synth

i got that, it's quite fun, especially good for mucking about with too, get a friend to sing while you play the notes etc.
