Using Virus with SX3's "external effects" routing?

Hi there,

I just started playing around with a virus-A in my setup and i was wondering if anybody has done this yet.

I have a M-Audio firewire 1814 as my interface and i've got outs 1/2 going to my monitors and outs 3/4 going to the in's on my virus.
I did some playing around in direct monitoring mode on my 1814 piping sounds from my mic-inputs directly to outs 3/4 and got some great results but i havent yet sat down with cubase to figure out how to use this as an external effect.

I'll probably do some tinkering with it later once i get home and have time to work on it. Havent done anything with external effects yet on sx3 so this should be interesting.

I often rotue signals from my DAW into my Virus - although I always route the signal from my desk, rather than in the computer. Very similar result though I'd imagine.
