unwanted program change

Hello,

I'm new to this forum so hello everyone!

I have encountered a problem. When I use a midi file in Ableton live session view my virus ti snow keeps changing back to a certain patch. I think it is somehow being told to do this via midi. I am not familiar with program changes via midi - can anyone shed some light on how I get it not to do this? I tried the same midi file on a track with another vst and it doesn't change the preset. Don't know what's up with this?

well I figured it out already - had to change the program in ableton's clip notes
