Default Issues with TI Snow

Hi,

new to the TI line, I've just upgraded from a Virus B. I've been experimenting with Virus Control, cool stuff but rather buggy... (maybe its the 3.0 beta)

Anyhow, I'm currently using the Snow as a regular synth (MIDI control, audio out) and whenever I select a Multipatch the virus start acting slow, and when playing notes it only outputs sawtooth with maximum release (aka sound is jammed).

2: Is there a way to use Virus Control only to edit patches and feed MIDI but use the physical audio out? By that I mean not using the full USB bandwidth and "disabling" audio thru USB.

Thanks

In my experience, for now, just downgrade it to 2.7.3 version. OS3 has some serious issues with snow, mostly sync issues and bad behaviour on some patches.

2.7.3 is rock solid, 2.7.5 has some random sync and arp issues too.

I've tried too os3 and switched back as soon as i understood that i can't keep working with it and having to panic the snow every 2 mins...

Cheers
