Well can't really comment on the TI as I don't have one....

But, for raw, deep, clean bass, I don't think my VirusC is that great. With some processing (plus using a few onboard tricks) you can coax some nice modern basses out of it though.

I think it may depend on what sort of music you're doing with it too.

Who knows, maybe the hypersaw is more capable.

I would like to hear the result of a hypersaw on one oscillator and a square wave on the other to get a phat bass sound.

But I agree with most that virus does not have the BALLS down low that an analog will. Nothing does.
