Default Virus XL rack issue
My Virus XL when plugged in, LFO1 and LFO2 leds stay on. then pulse and then ALL leds on the rack will flash. then this all will repeat over and over. Is this a OS issue? any help would be great!

I have absolutely no idea. I'd say contact Access support and take it from there, could even be the internal battery failing on you, for all I know. Have you tried to replace the OS? that can solve some erratic behaviour sometimes. Good luck with your issue! cheers
