I like Waldorf synths, I mean the hardware type. I have a Micro Q which is really nice for analog-style pads. I tried the Blofeld, which sounds nice too, but I think it's a bit overpriced for what it does. it would be an excellent product if it had the "total integration" like the Virus TI, but unfortunately it doesn't.
A friend of mine bought the Largo some time ago, and I had the chance to test it extensively: huge disappointment. In my humble opinion, it doesn't offer you anything more than a $50 VA softsynth for five times the price. Even at $150, I wouldn't buy it.
If you want a really really good softsynth, get Alchemy, which is super-nice and now it comes with a free add-on of your choice (which regularly sells for $60.) I know, it's $250, kinda pricey for a download, but it's TOTALLY worth it.
