Very dodgy indeed. I tried going through the checkout procedure but when it came to the payment part the link was down.

Maybe someone in London could check out the address they have given. ?427 for a cdj1000 mk3 is a bargin even for someone in the US !

Don't buy anything from there! This is one of those new shops which just takes your visa number and uses it. They won't send you anything. There's also a shop which has the very same text in the front page and they sell computer stuff. Both domains are .co.uk.

You know this for sure, FSD? If so I'll post warnings elsewhere...

I ran a quick check on the WhoIs database and whoever registered the domain name has illegally opted out of displaying their address and contact details:

"The registrant is a non-trading individual who has opted to have their address omitted from the WHOIS service."

http://amail.co.uk/cgi-bin/adetails....uk&brand=amail

They only set up the domain on the 10th August this year.

Bears all the hallmarks of a fraud.

Where's the trust!? I have ordered a heap of gear through them, and although they have not replied at all yet I feel that they will any day - it's only been 3 weeks after all and I understand people can be very busy.

Other purchases I have made recently on Ebay...
Authentic moon rock!
Madonna's underpants - used!
Like new Mini-Moog for only 90euro!
Virus TI with user importable wavetables and no bugs!

i'd think this place is full of shit. (excuse my language)

reason why? the Domain cxmusic.co.uk is using a Yahoo Small Business shopsites DNS server. This place is supposed to be pretty big, i doubt they'd be using some small ass service like Yahoo Small Business.

I hope you didin't enter your CC# or anything like that

I am not 100% sure and I haven't purchased anything from there but I read from elsewhere that this shop cannot be trusted. You only have to check the prices to notice that something is wrong.

I wouldn't buy anything from that store either. Those prices was a pretty big "warning"-message. I can't understand how people can fall for that.

HC: Hoho. Hope you'll recive your Madonna and Minimoog for only $50. Hehe

iTak: You haven't been on this board too long ey?. We are a bunch of rough mullet-wearing tobacco-spitting homosexual monkeys, welcome aboard!

U.A.V.F, it's fun to stay at the U.A.V.F!
