Default vb-1 for psy/fullon basses

i was going thru topics on IsraTrance forum and found one dealing with basslines. What surprised me is that a lot of people are using VB-1 for basslines on psy tracks, also, it seems that Astral Projection have used it on one of their newest tracks.
Anyone has experience with it ? i tried it yesterday and imho, it is not that bad!

I actually havent tried it much. I will give it a try over the weekend and might post a few clips if it sounds good. For basses I really like pro53.

If its 'real' bass sounds you are after, then don't bother with anything but the TRILOGY

There a SOOOOO manu psy artists that use VB1 for bass. Thats why I dont use it. It sounds pretty good though, and not quite like a subtractive synth or any other type of synthesesis that we know, wich is cool.

ps: Infected Mushroom use Trilogy for their basss (on the new album).
