Default virus c display [solved]

Well I'd hate to make my first post a trouble shooting one, but I'm a little concerned about a very slight issue I'm having with the display. It seems that upon powering up my virus c the display's refresh rate is kind of sluggish. Basically when the display switches from one line of text to another the transition isn't as immediate as it should be, it basically fades into the other at a noticeable rate. Now this goes away after only a couple minutes of operation, its as if the screen has to warm up at first. Its not really a problem due to the brevity of the issue. Should I be concerned about this at all? Also my power supply looks like it might have been doctored up a bit. It looks as if it the end that plugs into the virus c might be a replacement part that was soldered in by the previous owner. Everything else about the unit is in tip top shape, and it sounds and looks wonderful. Its not that noticeable and the back light is still nice and bright. Should I just ignore it?

Never mind, all I had to do was adjust the contrast.
