I don't see any point with the allocation table of the hard disk. If you have a 10gb HD fat is better, but how can this be related with the performance of a usb device??

Because Nothing runs on NTFS with me....And i took my Ti to a mates yesterday who is also running 5.5.1 just a different soundcard and NTFS and i had a few problems with the Ti....
NTFS is a f***ing nightmare for me....

There are alot of Discussions around the net about what is actually better for audio....
I'm not saying this is the problem,but it would interest me...
