Default What time do you guys go to bed?

It's currently 3:25am here atm. My habits seem to be getting later and later...

yep, stinks being a night person . . . . when you have a day person's job.
I find it hard to get to sleep before 2:00am myself (which wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have to get up at 6:30am )

Most of the time (3 nights per week, M-F) I am in bed between 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM because I get up at 5:00 AM to be at the gym by 6:00 AM, do 45 minutes of cardio + 45 minutes of weights, shower and be at my office by 8:00 AM.

The other two night per week I stay up and jam, sequence, record, etc. Then I stay up reeeeealy late, like 11:00 PM - 12:00 AM.

On weekends I generally only staay up til midnight, maybe 1:00 AM, but Mrs. Hall turns in early (Mommy's need lots of Zzzzz) and if she's going to bed then that's a red alert that I'm about to be onb hand patrol....

It really depends if i?m working dayshift or eveningshift or if it?s weekend but there has been a big change since i got involved in the big reproduction race:

In dayshifts i usually go to bed around 23:00 and no later than 0:00 because i have to be at work at 7:00 in the morning. This hasn?t changed much...
In eveningshifts and weekends i used to go to bed between 2:00 and 5:00 but now with Thor i usually go to bed between 1:00 and no later than 2:00 becuse he likes to get early up in the morning and i can?t work without minimum 6 hours of sleep...
Right now my daycycle is almost normal like a dayshift since i?m home all summer to take care of Thor so i have to get up early...
