Are they OK for use with a DAW?

Yep, they work a treat for me.

I can't stand a cabled mouse - too much of a drag...

i use to work with logitech wireless mouse & keyboard,the thing about it that you have to be very close to the reciver station and they ate up my rechargble battaries like hell,
i recommend going for the bluetooth solution insted.

me 4.

I got a bluetooth apple mouse. But have to load in new batterys every now and then...hmm what a pain, cant believe they havent figured out this is outdated. Should have got the logitec one as it has a rechargable battery and stand!

My batteries have lasted over 2 years now, in fact I'd forgotten all about them until Tomer just mentioned them

A Logitech believe it or not - a Cordless Mouseman Wheel according to the back of it - it came with a receiver and keyboard, my missus bought me them a couple of Xmas's ago
