+/- Value/Program Buttons

The decrement (-) button is hit and miss lately. Increment (+) works just fine. But when you're in the middle of a song, switching forward and backwards between two patches (verse/chorus), it can be quite irritating when the patch doesn't change.

Can anyone suggest how to clean the contact? Or anything else?
