to be honest guys, i think the 'glitch' your talking about is are grace notes that the piper plays.

a set of midi pipes are going to be controlling the virus so i think that will be taken care of.

i only got my virus last week so im pretty new to it, where can i apply compression to a sound?

This is a good idea. Somebody should make a physical/additive modeling bagpipe vsti!!!!! They would make millions

The only synthetic bagpipe I heard was Orbital's, er, "Bagpipe Style" tune.

Tears of laughter whenever I hear that track. Comedy gold.

I think I even have that bagpipe patch preset somewhere. I think it was for the physical modelling board off the Korg Z1. PIssed myself when I first stumbled upon it.

There is a bagpipe patch in the tutorial bank that accompanies the "Programming Analogue Synths" PDF by Howard Scarr. You can download it at the Access site.
