I had so much fun listening to this  The high pitched vocal is GREAT hah What was used for it? Anyway, some good elements, I don't get a word you guys say, but when you get laughing its funny as well Really catchy song to say the least!

Shit, I DLed the first version at the top of the page yesterday.
Anyway.. This is pretty bloody strange mate! Have to admit though, I really like it. The beats are pretty cool and the actual song is interesting. The Vox are bloody weird. The laughing is great through it. The panning of them is a little sickening though. Love the distorted scream at the end - classic. The only thing that I didn't like so much, was the overuse of FX. Some of it seemed very "crushed" too. All in all though, a cool quirky track mate. Worth a listen for sure.
