Help to create this sound

Is there anyone here that can help me to recreate the sound that I included in this post. Its the fx sound thats fades in that I'm intrested in.

Saws, Sync on + ring mod -> Filter 1 - maybe rectifier type sat - osc vol upto max, then use filter 2 to tame the high end...
