Default virus b dead :(

im a happy virus b owner, but last night when i wantet to make some music my
virus dident turn on. i have testet the power supply unit, and it works fine
so the problem is in the virus.

anyone know where can i get this fixed? and how much does it cost?

its a second hand virusb, but its not old or mistreated, its 120% okay..

i dont know what happendt. i moved it around the night before and it
was unplugged, and when i plugged it in and wantet to turn it on, it
was dead

Take care
/Nikolai

Only one way to find out.......are you brave enough to accept the challenge?

Start by emailing Access tech support, and then finding the distributor in your country. Hopefully it is not a serious problem and wont cost too much to repair, but you will be without a Virus for a little while.

Good luck mate!

The virus is pretty easy to get apart...and since you got it second-hand, you don't have to worry about mucking with the warranty (which would probably be long expired for a B, anyway). You could have a look around inside without risking any further damage to the unit (granted that you're not having a look at it outside during a thunderstorm....)

Inside the access kc the power supply is connected to the mainboard by a plug, this plug is know to fall out under some conditions. To fix this all you need to do is open the virus and plug it back in.

Just open it and check if everything looks as it?s supposed to (no loose wires, plugs, etc.) and if everything looks fine, take it to repairs...

Only keyboard models have built in power supplies...
