Default How can i create this kind of sound with my Virus?

Hi,

maybe someone here can help me to create this kind of sound with my Virus. Ive got a TI Snow but i think every Virus synth can create this sound:

The first time you here the (bass?) sound is @ 1:05
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jfw8M9qDzwg

can someone help me to create this kind of bass sound please?

@ 3.35 you hear an other sound changing the lfo (?)
can this sound too be made with the same lfo (?) effect?
tips and or/presets are welcome.
thank you!

Do you want me to create that sound?

Go to osc section, use hypersaw on it (with much of harmonics) and start to detune it.

My english is not good, sorry.

I'm not sure but I think Virus oscillators unable to change LFO settings (phase, frequency, waveform etc).

With the lfo change, it can be done with the matrix. By using velocity to trigger the lfo rate.
It can also be done by the osc Filt Env->Pitch (slight pitch) and keyfollow.
Try experimenting with these.
As for the stabs, sounds like you can use a Timpani percussion, with a lot of reso, cut back on cut-off and short ADSR, with the attack being 0, the decay maybe about 20-40 and zero sustain and release.
How does that sound?
Hope this guides you somewhere.
With this machine, you can create anything you want from simple sine-wave. F-ing awesome
