Help plz: Strange Break Sweeps (or something like that)

Heej guys,

Watch your ears this is really hard...

How do I make those (I think hp-filtered) sweeps?
The breaks... Is it some kinda automation on the cutoff?
Or is it just a normal hp sweep placed right on the beat?
