Default Filtering equipment noice out of final wav

Does anyone knows a tool which allows to filter a certain frequence (range) or a strange noice from a wav file?

2 years ago I produced a track and I was aware of this noice but thought it is not so bad, because it is only present if the volume is high. But nowadays I dislike it very much, but don't want to produce it again. So what I trying to search is a kind of software which is able to filter some kind of noice/signal out of a given wav.

Here is the a short piece of the noise:
http://www.fen-net.de/~na468/music_work/CTCS_noice.wav

Here is the whole track as mp3:
http://www.fen-net.de/~na468/music_work/CryTheClockSaid.mp3
and as wav:
http://www.fen-net.de/~na468/music_work/CTCS.wav

Maybe there exists a software that can learn the bad noice by providing the 'CTCS_noice.wav' as input to self configuring for the filtering on the 'CTCS.wav'. Ok, maybe I am dreaming

There is: there are plenty of plug-ins suited for the job. There's izotope RX, for example. Or waves audio's Xnoize. The later works exactly like you say: there's a learn button (you need to isolate a part with the kind of noise you want out, and then adjust some sliders to remove it - with good visual feedback. Also, another way of removing noise is to use a gate with the threshold set to the noise gain (so it doesn't take away the good stuff), but it doesn't always work. You should try all this stuff on a track to track basis, don't try to remove it from the master bus, it can seriously damage your mix, and your transients. By the way, no easy task. Good luck!
