Default LED not blinking for LFO3: normal or is my synth broken?

Hi there,

on my model C when I hit the SELECT button in the LFO/MOD-section to select a modulation target for LFO1, LFO2 or one of the assign-slots in the MOD-matrix the LEDs usually start blinking as soon as something has been selected.

For LFO3 though this is not true somehow.

It's not blinking when an inactive target has been selected, but lights up statically when I have actually set a modulation amount for one of the possible targets.

Is this normal behavior or do I have to worry about my synth being broken? I purchased it second hand, that's why I'm a bit paranoid about it.

Thanks!
