Hi, sounds like a simple one-oscillator saw wave to me! Buss it through some heavy valve emulation and compression, add a sine-wave or the like underneath it and you're pretty much there.

the one above is awesone as well by Ingrosso, I will try that I also believe the secret on that one is compression...thanks!!!
