mnj,

You're talking shite sunshine. Either you're talking shite or you have a pre-release version of the manual. I suggest you download the TI manual from the Access Website.

BTW: is mnj supposed to be pronounced minge?

If I have a pre-release version of the manual, maybe I have a pre-release TI also.. this would explain why I have to press the panic butten every couple minutes and why sometimes it will just show a blank screen and go crazy with the leds and I have to unplug it...

Time to return for a new one?

Page 175 is the last page with writting on it in my manual, and shows the last 3 letters of the index.. On the back it says International English Revision A. You guys? It doesn't mention how to make a Square Wave anywhere in my manual..

You are looking at the printed manual?

Have a look at the PDF version that gets installed with updates - mine says English / Revision 1.04 on the cover.

If Mac, is it Intel?

If PC is it set to ACPI? What OS? What Service Pack are you running?

just interested... am trying to spot patterns cause everythin is working fine for me 'part from the Arp isn't perfect. As well as the standard things like soft knobs not working on VC...

I'm sure your system works a treat and I also agree that it is probably the TI.

I am just trying to spot patterns of System set-ups that the TI does not work well with, thats all.

ACPI or standard pc is the way your PC is set-up. If you go to Control Panel > Hardware > Device Manager > Expand the Computer group and you should see standard PC or ACPI PC.

If you don't know what this is then it is probably set to ACPI.

Don't fret I am not trying to shift the blame to your PC, just interested in people's set-ups thats all.

There certainly seems to be a few people who are having problems that seem related to the TI hardware rather than the OS (if it was OS then most people should experience the same problems) and in these circumstances I would personally send the unit back for repair or replacement with a new unit.

I take it you have found the square waves references in the TI manual now?
