Matt,
Get me a consulting gig over there and I'll cut you in on the proceeds.
What is whiteboarding?
My definition (not Webster's) is:
Whiteboarding: (verb)
The process of conceptualizing ideas (by one's self or with a team) on a dry-erase board with dry erase markers of several colors. Words, pictures, and even hieroglyphics can be used to make the idea at hand more tangible. The contents of the whiteboard are documented by someone and analyzed. The final work product(s) is/are used to further the progress of the goal.

I have started a new job this year in which I get to create 4 new classes. One assistant for each.

Oh well Steve, I was hoping the best for you.
Some help is better than none, I guess...
