Yes!
Easy answer is Yes.
The virus will act as a midi controller for any softsynth you focus on in Logic. (It actually works a lot better than some dedicated midi controllers I could mention) You wont hit any issues with the virus playing over the top of your softsyth due to he mode it switches to automatically as soon as you instigate the Virus software in your DAW. Very fluid... TranZMute
