Well it was known that some of the TI 1 had issues with the hardware and if you had a faulty unit you had to return it to ACCESS. They did some hardware replacment. Ok, this was for TI 1. If you have problems in stand alone and can't get anything out of your Virus 1 or 2 then you have to get in contact with ACCESS Support. Maybe it's a faulty unit..... only ACCESS can give you a hand and search for the problem you have... Good luck
