I had a similar problem. The filter jumped and also lfo2rate jumps to 127.
When I went back to os2.7.5 the jumps still occured. I could load the patch while cubase playing but when i stopped playback the parameters jumped. I never had this with os2.7.5 so i went looking in cubase setup and actually found out I had to deselect all chase event controllers. Now it stoped doing this and I think the new os should work as well. Let me know if this solves your problem. Thomas
