Nope, it's nothing to do with automation. I have the same issue. It's been present since I bought my virus and it still exists on the latest os 3.0.1.10
This is a real pain in the ass! Especially if I've done a lot of work on creating patches then the vc crashes logic for some random reason. Does anyone know of a tios version where patches are recalled with projects?? It's obviosly not a hardware fault as patches saved are reloaded exactly. I've had the same issue on both my studio computers so that rules out my os... And I've tested on logic 7 and 8 which rules out my daw. Mac pro octo 2008 6g, osx 10.5.6 MacBook 2.0 2g, osx 10.4.11 Ti desktop 3.0.1.10 (3.0.1.9 in a few minutes) Logic pro 8.0.2
