Thats a pretty tight budget. At that price there isnt much difference. Once you start spending a bit more, you get better quality monitors.
Cant really help you out there, the best advice I can give is go listen to them. Take a CD you know well, or better yet, convince the store to lend you a set and listen to them in your own studio space. Good luck!
