Hi Kanix, welcome to the forum.
A couple of things to try 1. Try a different usb port to see if the problem persists 2. look in your bios for any resource conflicts with the usb port you are using and as a test, disable all the unnecessary components that are sharing resources with your usb port. This is just for testing purposes. If, after you disable the other resources, the usb port works fine, then you would bring each resource back in, one by one and test to see which is causing your issue. 3. completely uninstall the virus software and driver from your computer, unplug the TI. Reboot. Reconnect the TI and reinstall the software again. Let me know if you have already tried any of the above and if not, if any of them make a difference.
