Sync, Timing, Latency Problems Virus B & Cubase

Hello, im looking for some kind help in fixing my midi timing as the Virus plays out of sync by about half a sec or something , sometimes early, sometimes late.

Setup is :
Cubase SX 3 Usb to Usb Oxygen 8 Keyboard
then
thr Oxygen 8 Keyboard Midi Out to Midi Virus B In.

Its recieving midi clock as a little C pops up on the virus when i play my project/midi sequence.
On the transport bar , sync is online/INT.
On sync setup i have it set up like this, is this correct? and anything ive missed.


BTW i have the virus just playing through an external mixer at the moment so its not routed back into the soundcard, if that narrows the problem down.

Ive tried adjusting the aoudio buffer latency, but that just did the same.

Any help would be really helpful thanks.
