Im sure Access are all over this problem. Barking at them and being irate will serve only to irritate you so dont fall into it.
This is what happens when you buy a new product which pushes the boundaries. The auto industry has been doing it for years and has cost me a LOT more than ?1500. Chill, use your keyboard, live with it for now. But we should group together and put a combined communication to access. If they dont respond then they deserve a bit of pressure and it can go to Sound on Sound.
