Bloody nice first synths there! Specially the JD - still have it? I've been keeping an eye out for a cheap JD990 for a while now.
The sickening truth is I sold both of them plus a Kawai KII and bought a virus b desktop in 2000. no regrets so far. I miss the JX more than the JD though.
