Its worth waiting till namm as both companies are rumoured to have new things out then.
If you must buy now then I would go for the uad studio as it comes with all the elite plugins (except precision limiter and plate verb which are both cheap) Poco doesnt come with many good plugs apart from classic verb. If you can afford to shell out for the sony stuff and m3d then poco is on par with studio uad. ten
