You would need three filters in a row. I think this is the implication. That's generally what your throat does. You basic low back vowel [ah] should be easy.

Another thing to do is use the digital wave forms. Complex wave forms are the other key. Use a basic sine wave and put some lfo on the pitch. You could cut down the need for another filter if you get it right.

You could also use the multi mode to chain a few filters.
