sounds more like they are playing with a snare on top of a kik at 1.29, the start of the track the kick is alone.

the trick for hardcore kicks starts with the osc. try the square wave.
second important thing is you need to set an envelope to the pitch of the osc.
So every time the kick hits, it goes rapidly from high to low.
for the amp, use almost no release, no attack, no sustain, just little bit of decay.
for the filter...use your imagination.
U can also try for the different distortion fx.
