My credit card was billed and they haven't shipped(and they won't for the next few weeks). Is that legal?

Digital Village UK took stock this afternoon and will be shipping them out to customers tomorrow to arrive Thursday.

This delay in shipping, is it just for the Polar or are we talking about all TIs? I can't really comment about the legality of it, but if you were to find what you ordered somewhere else, you should be able to cancel your order with Nova, get a full refund, and then purchase it at the other store.

I've had mine on order since Feb 2005 and just rec'd an email today to say it's shipped from DV. So I should get it on Thurs.

ahh, Stylus RMX 1.5 update was just release and it is loaded with some amazing new features. That should hold me over until the TI arrives! (I hope)
