Here's a pic I took just the other day. I have had to move my setup out of my normal location due to the room becoming a nursery.

I had to put the Korg M1 and DW8000 in storage till I get more room.

this is the only thing that worries me if i have a kid! not - will i be a good dad, or am i gunna have enough money to give my kid a good education.

Yes. You probably will.
I'm 6'3, I weigh just over 230 pounds, have 20,000 worth of gear and software, and I now occupy a scant 6ft by 6 foot section of my own home.
Meanwhile a three-foot tall child weighing 30 pounds soaking wet (and her pre-natal brother) has commandiered the remaining 1720 square feet.
