Hello,

I would say it is simply a sawtooth wave with its pitch modulated with an envelope. So I'd set filtenv->pitch all the way up, and then adjust the filter envelope so that only the decay is a bit up, adjust the pitch on oscilator one, and play along with it until you reach the point. Also I'd use a very short attack on the amp envelope, mainly for cutting of the click of the pitch suddenly rising, and after your done, put some unisson in and play with the settings - you should be able to find the lead you want.
