Please. Help me with my PA setup question.

I'm planning to do a gig soon whereby me and my wonderful partner, Paul, will do the space noises at a Hawkwind bikers party. Here's the game plan:

We're gonna take 2 x iPods with 10-minute tracks of white noise / psyc noise /etc on each stereo channel. They will be split and fed into 4 seperate mono channels on our mixer and then get bent (ooo my..) with echo and tremelo on two seperate aux's. Our plan is to mix and sweep as and when. Our mixer will then go out to 2 inputs on the PA mixer.

My question is:

If we play with the mono pan settings on each channel on our mixer, will it get panned on the master PA?

Answer::

If your panned dead center, the main house mixer will not change your pan settings. And it will be dead center. If you change panning, it will change on the house system as well.... Also, is their a Virus in the mix?
